Are dogs allowed on the beaches of Noordwijk?
Dogs are prohibited on the main beaches of Noordwijk (Koningin Astrid Boulevard and Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard, afrit 2 t/m 21) during the period 1 June till 1 September.
Outside of the above mentioned period are dogs allowed (both loose and leased) on the beaches of Noordwijk.
Further, we also recommend reading the information board, with the local beach rules, which is often placed near every beach (entrance).
- Dogs (both loose and leased) are allowed all year from beach Afrit 1 in the direction Katwijk;
- Leashed dogs are allowed all year from beach Afrit 21 in the direction Zandvoort.
